Our fully furnished furnished rental comes with all kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and family room essentials. Utilities included, such as electricity, water, and internet are also provided.

The house includes a private studio located downstairs with king size bed, TV, large full bathroom with outside patio and relaxing hammock. The upstairs provides 2 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, 1.5 baths and a large covered deck.

Guests have access to the entire home, upstairs and downstairs.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
